Nestled in the vibrant heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Alexxa’s offers an inviting escape into the delicious world of Italian-American comfort cuisine, expertly crafted with a touch of neighborhood charm. This Italian restaurant and lounge at Paris Las Vegas delivers more than just a meal — it’s a culinary experience that blends classic dishes with warm, welcoming surroundings, featuring dark wood accents, red leather booths, and a lively yet intimate atmosphere that perfectly balances the buzz of the Strip with relaxed conversation.
The menu is a celebration of flavors, boasting a rich variety of standout dishes that cater to every craving. Whether you’re stopping by for a leisurely brunch or an indulgent dinner, Alexxa’s brings the best of comfort food to your plate. Brunch favorites like the Chicken & Waffles—crispy, golden fried chicken atop fluffy waffles drizzled with bourbon maple syrup—and the satisfyingly savory Meat Omelet loaded with bacon, sausage, chicken, and cheddar, set a high standard for mid-day dining. For those who savor classic brunch, the Eggs Benedict and the delightfully sweet French Toast Brioche Platter offer layers of flavor that dance on the palate.
The eatery’s dinner menu continues to impress with elevated takes on Italian-American staples. The Prime Rib French Dip, slow-roasted and paired with creamy provolone and a robust horseradish cream au jus, melts in your mouth, while the Rigatoni Alla Vodka brings a luscious, creamy tomato sauce that perfectly coats each tube of pasta. For a lighter yet equally flavorful option, salads like the crisp Caesar with romaine hearts, parmesan, focaccia croutons, and the subtle umami of white anchovies offer a refreshing balance to the richer dishes.
Sipping on bottomless mimosas or a well-crafted cocktail from their full bar adds an extra layer of indulgence, making every brunch or dinner at Alexxa’s feel like a special occasion. Many guests praise the attentive, seamless service — Joey, in particular, stands out for his outstanding hospitality, making diners feel cared for without ever being rushed even during the bustling brunch-to-dinner transition.
Guests also consistently highlight the inviting terrace seating perfect for sunny Las Vegas mornings, where dishes like the grilled banana bread and satisfying yogurt bowl bring simple pleasures to life with fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Alexxa’s manages to combine the energy of the Strip with the cozy familiarity of a local favorite, creating a space where every bite feels both exciting and comfortingly familiar.
From celebratory dinners featuring melt-in-your-mouth short rib agnolotti and classic chicken parmigiana to casual weekend brunches filled with sangria pitchers and crispy home fries, Alexxa’s is a true gem on Las Vegas Boulevard. The blend of refined flavors, approachable dishes, and an atmosphere that feels both lively and intimate leaves an impression that goes beyond just great food — it’s an experience you’ll want to return to time and again.
We were heading to another restaurant when we stopped to check the menu at Alexxa's. We wanted breakfast and they were serving until 2. We were able to get a table on the terrace which was great. Definitely order the Grilled Banana Bread! Yum! We had the Eggs Benedict, Yogurt Bowl and Veggie Omelet. The Potatoes and English Muffins were so good! We also ordered a pitcher of Sangria. Everything was amazing! Our last meal before head home. It was a happy accident!
Hands down, Joey was the best server. He was attentive and didn’t miss a beat. We arrived around 1:45 pm for brunch. The restaurant transitions to dinner at 2:45 pm. We didn’t feel rushed and he continued to check on us. His interactions with the other tables seemed positive as well. It was a honor to be served by him. He was outstanding.
Blew into Las Vegas on a Saturday afternoon, Unfortunately for us, it was Formula 1 Racing day. Very difficult to get around. It was the youngest child's birthday and she wanted Italian. We looked for something we could walk to and found Alexxa's. Right on the Strip. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Great atmosphere. Full bar with good variety of wine, beer and cocktails. Also have mocktails and non-alcoholic beer that has flavor. Large big scteen tv to watch sports/race. With the race getting ready to start, we chose inside. We had Fernando and Oscar taking care of us. They were very attentive and provided helpful suggestions. We tried the Freshly Baked Balloon Bread for an appetizer. It came with 3 sauces: Honey Butter, Roasted Garlic Hummus, and Romesco. Romesco was our favorite. With 4 people, probably need 2 of the breads. Wife chose the Spicy Shrimp Mafalde. It had great flavor, interesting pasta and good sized shrimp.(Have to say in my opinion best dish of all we had). Birthday Girl ordered Rigatoni Alla Vodka. She said one of the best she has had. Other daughter and I had Short Rib Agnolotti. Light and creamy sauce. Fernando brought out a small Birthday cake for us and sang Happy Birthday with us. Really enjoyed our night here.
Alexxa’s Bar & Grill at the Paris Las Vegas is the Italian-American comfort food gem you didn’t know you needed on the Strip. From the moment we sat down, everything felt right. The vibe is classic Vegas with a neighborhood twist — dark wood, red leather booths, and just enough clatter from the casino floor to remind you where you are, but never loud enough to kill the conversation.Let’s talk about the food, because wow.The 40 layer lasagna (first photo) is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had, anywhere. Perfectly prepared, still light and crisp, layered with a bright, chunky marinara that actually tastes like tomatoes and a blanket of melted mozzarella and Parmesan that pulls apart in those glorious cheese strings. They finish it with fresh basil and a little extra grated Parm tableside. Served sizzling in its own little cast-iron skillet, it’s pure comfort on a plate. Then came the Short Rib Gnocchi in a truffle cream sauce (second photo). Little pillows of potato gnocchi that somehow manage to be fluffy and toothsome at the same time, tossed with tender shreds of braised short rib and earthy mushrooms. The truffle cream is rich but not overwhelming — you taste the truffle, not just smell it. A few leaves of fresh basil on top cut through the decadence perfectly. I’m still thinking about this dish days later.Service was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the food — our server could tell we were food nerds. Cocktails are strong and classic (the Negroni was spot-on), and the wine list has plenty of great Italian and California bottles at reasonable Vegas markups. If you’re tired of overpriced, underwhelming “celebrity chef” spots on the Strip, do yourself a favor and head straight to Alexxa’s. It’s the kind of place where you walk in hungry and leave ridiculously happy, already planning your next visit. 11/10, will be back every trip.
I celebrated my 33rd birthday here with my fiancé. He ordered the chicken parmigiana, and I ordered the short rib agnolotti. They were both delicious! We tried the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer, and it was spectacular. I also loved having the tiramisu for dessert, and I believe I was surprised with a mini pavlova since it was my birthday. The filling was yummy!
We had been here one time before, about a year ago. This time when we entered, the host’s greeting was a little monotone and low key. I informed her we had a reservation for 9:30 and were a little early. She asked if we had a seating preference,(Outside of course LOL) and we were quickly led outside to a table on the side of the patio, not exactly prime real estate, but it was fine with us. Our server came over promptly to check on us. Wifey ordered a coffee and an orange juice, while I kept it simple with an apple juice. We quickly reviewed the menu and decided what we wanted. I ordered the Brioche French Toast with a side of bacon and Wifey went with the Veggie Omelet with no mushrooms. The food arrived pretty quickly and looked great. We exchanged a corner of our entrées to get a taste of each other’s dishes. My French Toast was excellent! Wifey enjoyed her Omelet. but mentioned it could’ve been cooked just a little firmer. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast with a nice “Side” view of the Strip. The service was attentive, and the location is hard to beat, a prime spot in front of the Paris Casino with great views.
Very nice restaurant. At first I was a bit hesitant since most of the pictures online were of breakfast food. However it’s not all just breakfast, we went here for dinner and they had so many options. It’s a really nice place and everything tasted great. The server was nice and friendly. They do have vegetarian options and can also customize different options.
Well this was a wonderful pre-wedding dinner. It was upscale and filling. The food was delicious. Our server took great care of us. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the strip and dining inside had a great ambiance as well. Everyone enjoyed their pasta dishes and drinks thoroughly. It was a wonderful experience. If we have a special occasion and we are in town we would come back.
